About this space
Our Villa is 6 mins by foot to Kita-Ikebukuro station,(one station to Ikebukuro , Shinjuku ,Shibuya and so on )
The house is traditional Japanese 2 floor villa. Three bedrooms in total, including a Western-style room on1 floor, a Western-style room ， a traditional Japanese-style tatami room on the 2 floor. Around Villa, supermarkets, convenience stores and a small parking place. Its very convenient for travel around Tokyo by car.

The space
Our home is a traditional Japanese two-story detached villa. Located in a quiet Japanese-style residential area with plenty of sunshine. There are three bedrooms in the house,The first floor is a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a bedroom and a traditional Japanese tatami room on the second floor.
Our house has all kinds of living facilities. Such as washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, tableware, kitchen utensils, hair dryers, kettles, napkins, shampoo, etc., to provide comprehensive protection for your journey

Please note the following points during your stay:
・The villa can be used on the first, second, and restaurant kitchens. There are some smoke alarm in the house, So please do not smoke . Otherwise fire trucks and ambulances will arrive right away.・Because the house is in a residential area, please do not hold parties or make loud noises in the house.・Please wear slippers in the house, ・Do not make loud noises at night and early morning.・Please take good care of the furniture and home appliances in the room. U need to pay money for it if U damaged it .・House cleaning is not available during your stay, please contact us in advance if you want to do a long-term rental. (Additional cleaning fee is required).・Garbage is divided into "burnable garbage (burnable)", "non-burnable garbage (non-burnable)", "cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles" and please throw them in the separate garbage bins in the kitchen.
※If you are a tourist from Japan, you need to register your name, address and occupation according to the Minshuku Law.
※If you are a tourist from a country other than Japan, you need to register your nationality, passport number, name, address and occupation according to the Minshuku Law.
Other things to note
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am
No smoking in the room.
Slippers are required when entering the house, please do not walk around the house wearing shoes.
Please do not drag suitcases on the floor in the house.
The house is located in a residential area, please be quiet at night.
Please do not bring pets into the room.
