Location is fantastic, close to town & the view is excellent. Parking was easy. The unit was well stocked and clean. A few things to note: this place does not have A/C, so if it is a warm day, you can open windows & use fans to help. The bunk room has a walkway under it, so we couldn't keep it open in the evening since it would leave that room accessible. And even though there is no washer & dryer, they do provide you with a suggested place should you need to do laundry. The upstairs room has a small shower, and the bunk room has a nice tub/shower.

Great Stay at Cozy Estes Park Condo!

This condo is the perfect location with plenty of space and an incredible mountain view! We attended a wedding at Black Canyon Resort and this property was adjacent to the wedding venue - only a short walk across a parking lot! The host provided excellent communication and we had no issues at all. After the wedding we enjoyed RMNP, which was only a short drive. We highly recommend the property!

This place was the perfect place to stay for a wedding at the Black Canyon Inn. Short walking distance to the venue. Beautiful views, very clean, excellent communication from owners. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Family Place

It was wonderful! The location and views from the condo are outstanding. More importantly, the owners have thought of everything for you. I was able to cook every night with a fully stocked selection of pans and baking dishes. The bedding and little touches made it feel like home. We simply can't say enough about how perfect the property as well as our outstanding host.

Cozy condo with great views and location

This space was exactly what we needed for the 5 of us. The property was clean and well-stocked with the basics. Views were great and only a few minutes away from downtown Estes Park! Would visit again.

Wonderful Stay

Very clean with updates and new carpet throughout. Convenient to RMNP and anywhere in Estes Park. A little difficult to find at night with just the street address, ask for additional instructions if you are arriving after dark. Owner answered our call right away and got us right there when we missed the turn. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal, blankets & pillows on the couches. Elk in the mornings right outside our entrance!

Excellent condo

Condo was very clean, cozy feeling but plenty of room, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms with excellent shower, perfect kitchen. Location was great - convenient to town and RMNP, and in a beautiful setting, with bugling elk nearby! Wi-fi worked great for us, and we did steaks on the gas grill one night on the comfortable deck. Perfect Fall weather didn't hurt! Thanks for a great week.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this great little condo. Although an older building, it is nicely updated and thoughtfully appointed.It was a little hard to find when we’re arrived in the dark, but just know you make the turn right in front of the lodge offices and the driveway is just ahead on the right. Beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The condo is located not far from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Many other reviews mentioned noice from weddings. I think there was a wedding or 2 each night we were there and yes, we could hear the music from the reception but it was always over by 11:00pm. If you think that might be a problem for you, just bring ear plugs. We would definitely book again if we ever come back to Estes Park! Thank you to the owners for sharing their little gem!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed for a week and enjoyed the location of the condo and the amenities. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and dishes. The bedrooms were nice too, with lots of towels for bathroom use. My favorite things were the views of Lumpy Ridge. The master bedroom has a wonderful view, since it is on the second story. We had no problems. Will definitely consider another stay. Thank you.

2 night Estes Park stay

My wife and son stayed at the condo for a 3 day/2 night visit, and everything was perfect. The condo was clean, well furnished, perfectly located just outside of town and suited all of our needs. Instructions were clear, and while we never had to contact the owner, we were confident that if needed, that any concerns would be addressed (given the multiple options for communication). Highly recommended!
