Amazing two weeks

The villa was very but very nice and clean. Communication with the owners of the property very easy. Location of the property just perfect for the quiet time with the family. Having the swimming pool give as and the family lot of great time. Amazing place, amazing time for us. I what to recommend this property to everyone. 5 stars from us.

Nice house, quiet location, vehicle needed.

The house has a good level of finish, it was clean and easy to find. The neighbourhood is quiet and nearly all tourist rentals, so very quiet in the off season. It's a bit out of the way but near to the lagoon and a good base for the area, car needed.

Fantastic house

We are a family of 5 and really enjoyed the time at Max and Vivienne house. It has all we need to feel home, is a quiet place perfect to rest. There is lots of places to visit like Obidos Castle or the buddha eden garden. Thank you Max and Vivienne for the hospitality.

Bates Family holiday,first time in Portugal

We had a fantastic holiday,accomodation was very comfortable,well equipped and spacious. The garden and pool were very well maintained,we had some lovely bar-be-ques as it was warm enough to cook outside even though it was March. The walk to the lagoon was a favorite thing to do as it was a lovely peacful water front stroll of about half an hour. The owners were very helpful and pleasant to deal with,we were advised to hire a car,which we did,but everything was no more than half an to forty five minutes away,apart from the airport of course. We would definiately recommend this property to any of our friends. Many thanks to Viv and Max Quest.

Lovely Villa in Quiet location

We had a lovely time and used the villa as a base for a golfing trip.We played Royal Obidos twice,Bom Successo which has greatly improved and Campo Real which is a 45 min journey south down the A8 towards Lisbon.Everything was spot on and Max the owner was very helpful on everything.The only downside was it is very remote and a car is essential as the nearest village with restaurants is 3km away and whilst that is walkable in the light it is a dangerous walk home and not advisable in the dark.Apart from that be aware that a new villa is being built directly behind this villa which we were advised about but hopefully that will be completed by next spring so wouldn’t be an issue from a noise PoV.

Mooie & complete vakantiewoning

De vakantiewoning is super netjes onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Communicatie met eigenaar verliep ook soepel, kreeg vrij snel reactie terug op de gestelde vragen. Het enige jammere was dat er geen bakker langskwam en dat het weer wat minder was. Verder hebben we genoten van het huisje en de omgeving.

Base for golf

We were a group of 4 golfing friends staying here. The villa is as pictured/described, cannot fault it. Lots of useful info provided by the owner and the recommended restaurants we tried were all good. Ideal location for Silver Coast golf, with West Cliffs, Royal Obidos, Praia d’el Ray and Bom Sucesso very near, and we also played Campo Real. Highly recommend this villa.

Bon séjour malgré quelques fausses notes

À première vue , maison agréable, propre, fonctionnelle mais dès le premier soir nous avons eu de mauvaises surprises : - un pied de lit cassé - une des lumières extérieur hors service - la porte de la douche d'en bas défaillante - fuite au niveau du frigo - maison qui sent le renfermé et humidité+++. - au bout d'une semaine, lave-vaisselle en panne et pas réparé donc du coup 1 semaine complète à faire la vaisselle pour 8 personnes!!!! Dommage...... Cependant, nous avons composé avec ces désagréments et passé un agréable séjour dans la région.

Estupenda casa para ir en familia

La casa es estupenda, está muy bien equipada y la limpieza excelente. La piscina y la zona de jardín son fantásticas para poder disfrutar en familia. La zona es muy tranquila para poder descansar también. La comunicación ha sido muy buena y rápida. Sin duda la recomiendo!

Excelente local para relaxar

O local é excelente para quem procura o tão famoso dolce far niente. A zona é um pouco isolada de supermercados e cafés... e o clima é particular. Numa semana em Julho tivemos dois dias de sol 😀. A casa está bem Equipada e corresponde exactamente ao anunciado. Obtivemos toda a ajuda necessária e respostas super rápidas às nossas duvidas.

Óptima para descansar

A piscina é fantástica e muito limpa. Casa espaçosa e num local muito tranquilo. Boa internet. Infelizmente a loiça encontrava-se bastante suja. A descrição das amenidades da casa deveriam ser alteradas! Não tem tv cabo nem satélite, apenas uma smart tv que permite ver os canais da rtp play. Com duas crianças foi complicado... estava informação devia ser explícita. Tirando estes pontos menos bons é uma casa óptima para descansar em família.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir waren mit zwei Familien insgesamt 4 kleinen Kindern da. Das Haus ist super groß und sehr gut geschnitten. Sie Lagune ist super zum Baden. Auf der Seite der Lagune sind fast nur einheimische kaum Tourismus was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern hat es wenige Handtücher zum duschen und diese wurden auch erst nach 10 Tagen von der Agentur ausgetauscht. Also lieber ein Handtuch mehr einpacken ;-) Sonst war wirklich alles sehr gut

The property was beautiful, very clean with everything we needed

We had a lovely stay in this villa, an exceptionally well presented property, lovely pool and lots of extra games, DVD'S etc which was great for the children. A lovely quiet area which was perfect for our family break.
