Located just a stone's throw away from the sugar sand beach at Packard Park, you'll love spending your days soaking up the sun. And when it's time to unwind back home, the West-facing patio is the perfect spot to take in the breathtaking sunsets, while the children play in the nearby backyard. Also in the backyard is ample seating, and a bbq grill. As a bonus, there is a 2-car garage large enough for all of your beach gear! You'll also love being just a short stroll away from everything people love in downtown South Haven.

Inside, this home's floor plan is accommodating to multigenerational family groups, or multiple families traveling together, and offers spaces large enough to host everyone together, and cozy alcoves that are tucked away for privacy. Currently set up as three units (all with interior access via corridors) the home offers 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 3 complete kitchens. On the first floor, the North unit offers two generous bedrooms (one with a King bed, and the second with one King bed and Twin bunk beds) and two full bathrooms (both with tub/shower combos). The South unit (first floor) offers one King bedroom and two full bathrooms, including one ensuite. On the second floor, you'll find two more bedrooms (both with Queen beds), a full bathroom, and a generous sized living room and kitchen.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Sunday - Sunday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.
