気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
This vacation rental was very disappointing and did not match the photos or description. When we walked in, we were shocked to find that the space looked nothing like the listing: the walls and ceiling were painted stark white, and the room felt old and heavily used, not fresh and clean as expected.
On closer inspection, we noticed hairs on the bathroom towels, rust and water stains on the tiles in both the bathroom and kitchen, and even mold in the shower. The room itself seemed to be a converted storage area, not a true "villa." Located on the bottom floor of a house built on stilts, daylight could be seen through gaps in the floorboards, which felt both uncomfortable and unsettling. To make matters worse, during a rainstorm, the ceiling leaked.
Though we booked for two nights, we couldn't stay beyond the first and would have left sooner if it hadn’t been such a lengthy journey to get back to the main island. We cannot recommend this property as it falls far short of the advertised experience.
