Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this absolutely stunning, characterful period property with its grand high ceilings throughout, wonderful and extremely bright and very peaceful, in the heart of the very trendy West London, as seen in the movie Notting Hill. 5* immaculately clean. It is freshly painted and refurnished in 2022. With oak floorboards throughout. And high quality furniture. Inclusive of OKA, graham and green, and Sally Bourne furniture. Unique, elegant and romantic. The flat is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, in a victorian property on the upper ground floor. The bedroom has a standard UK double sized bed, while the french day bed for sleeping one is located in the living room. The living room is a stunning 24ft in length, with fireplace and ottoman. Wifi on site. High ceilings throughout the flat, giving it great volume. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine etc. The famous Portobello Rd is a 2 minute walk and the tube 2 minutes away. Buses 1 minute away. The flat has a wonderful energy about it and is very special. People are sad to leave!
It is a 15 minute walk from Kensington Palace and gardens, Holland Park and Kensington High St too.

Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as Westfield shopping Centre and Portobello Rd Markets with it's plethora of shops, cafe. bars and restaurants. Easy access to central london and all stations.

This flat was fantastic! Very true to the description and pictures.The flat itself was spacious,clean and comfortable. The tube and bus stations were right there for quick transportation around the city. Also walking distance to portabella road with all it has to offer. We have stayed in a number of Air BnB's throughout the city and this is the one we would return to. Justine was everything you could ask for in a good host. 5 stars!!

Justine was so sweet and responded immediately if I had any questions which is so important when using Airbnb. Her home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Justine's place is super close to Portobello street which is super funky and cool to explore with great food and shopping.

Great place to stay in London. Look no further. Close to public transportation/bus/underground. Grocery near by, great pubs, shopping, & markets. Super clean, comfy bed, a quiet getaway from the busyness of the city. Really a lovely home. Highly recommend. Thanks Justine! Would stay again.

the flat is simply fantastic, the photos are real: the position is very good, the tube is 2 minutes walking.
Justine was very fast on answering to our questions and to give us the best options to act.
We stay very well in the flat, I do suggest to consider it for a London touch experience.

As you'll see from the pictures, this is a beautiful large airy bright lounge and living area. It's very warm and in a fantastic area, bus stop directly outside and underground a 2 minute walk away. Tesco, Sainsbury's, coffee shops etc just a few seconds away. The bedroom is a cute and the lounge is so welcoming and large.

Not only does this look exactly like the pictures, it's more beautiful. This house is in the best neighborhood in London and in the best location. Justine couldn't be more helpful and responsive and everything was clean and very well stocked. I'm a former Londoner and I know the city well as well as being a regular rental guest. This is far and away one of the prettiest and nicest apartments I've ever stayed in. This will be my go to whenever I'm visiting the city. Thanks Justine. can't wait to come back.

My favorite Airbnb experience! Justine's place is a beautiful refuge and perfect base to explore London. It is convenient to many good shops and eatery's. It is fully equipped with all amenities one would need and feels like a real home. The kitchen in particular was much more well equipped than other places I have stayed.

Justine is extremely responsive and gracious. My flight was canceled after I had vacated the place and she arranged for me to be let back in late at night so I would have somewhere to rest. Absolute ANGEL!
