WOW...what a view! Every day is a great balcony day at Atlantis Unit 1401. The brilliant, enclosed balcony allows you to stay cool while watching the waves or open the windows to experience the warm ocean breeze. Meals prepared in the fully stocked kitchen can be enjoyed at the 4-seat dining table as well as the additional 2-seater on the balcony. You won't want to miss the incredible bay sunsets from the primary bedroom window. Pack light and take advantage of the convenient washer & dryer. The Atlantis building offers an ocean front outdoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment. The kitchen will be sure to impress and is fully stocked with everything your will need while dining in on your stay!

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Check in was great, people at Coastal Rental were also great. Condo was very clean and well stocked. View of ocean and bay was beautiful. Check out was also great.

Never again will I stay there

The stove didn't work, The place was still dirty in places The dryer vent wasn't cleaned out for months. It was caked with lint.. The air conditioner made so much noise in the spare room. No curtains in the living room to block out the sun in the morning.. The pool said the hours were open until 10 p.m. but they said it closed at 8 and disappointed the kids when they wanted to swim. Check in was a disaster too. Said it would be ready by 3 and when we went there a little earlier they said they would text us but never got a text until we went down after 4 and they said we should have been there at 3. I will never deal with vrbo again. I will go directly to the condo itself and not go back to Atlantis again. Pictures were very deceiving. Kitchen was so small 2 people couldn't fit in

Nice but Outdated

We were informed we were the first family to rent this particular condo. It was very clean with the exception of a few large pet stains on the carpet when we got there. It was very outdated, though. I rated this three stars because there are quite a few complaints. The bedroom with two beds is very noisy (the ac unit is in the closet) and much colder than the rest of the unit. You cannot adjust the ac vent or anything, it also had very poor lighting, with only one small bedside lamp to light the entire room. Also, the beds weren't comfortable, but the one in the main room was. The shower situation was not great. The walk in shower was a tiny unlit box that was very dark. The larger shower/tub had such poor water pressure you could hardly get conditioner out of your hair. There is no large trash can, so you had to walk any kind of trash to the trash chute on the opposite end of the 14th floor hallway. We had 5 guests but were only given 4 pool tags, the pool doesn't allow toys and doesn't seem kid friendly.
