The Space:

This value 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath bayside lower unit features garage parking for one car. Make the most of the Newport Beach sun on the front patio or the courtyard. A BBQ and outdoor dining table are among the many amenities this beautiful retreat has to offer.



The inviting Dutch door makes it easy to enjoy the ocean air. The comfortable living room has a contemporary sofa, two side chairs, an ottoman, and flat panel cable TV. A lovely four-person dining table sits between two large picture windows. The well-appointed kitchen has marble counters, a farmhouse sink, full pantry, dishwasher, and microwave. The fireplace is decorative and non operable.



The master suite has a queen bed, an en-suite half bath, a large walk-in closet with a built-in ironing board, and sliding glass doors that open onto the private courtyard. The second bedroom has a twin day bed, a futon and ample closet space with a built-in dresser. Ceiling fans are located in each bedroom. The spacious full bathroom features tiled floors, marble counters, and an enclosed bathtub/shower.



There is one parking spot on the right side of the shared garage available. Smaller vehicles are recommended. Additional free street parking is available on first come first serve basis if your car does not fit in garage. Washer and dryer available in the laundry room located off the back patio.

Just steps away from 10th Street beaches both on the bay and the ocean from this family friendly vacation rental allow you to make the most of your Newport Beach vacation. The unit is about halfway between both pier areas and their shops and restaurants.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
