Studio condo was perfect for two people. Location was excellent, window/balcony did actually face the gulf - so it was beautiful & made sunsets perfect view. Beach was not crowded and very easy to access from building. Pool was nice too. Price was great for our budget!

The property was exactly as described and pictured. It was clean and well supplied with kitchen essentials. The furniture was comfortable and the view amazing.

Beautiful week in Ft.Meyers Beach

Our vacation week at our Condo was absolutely perfect, the weather was excellent on top of our perfect condo on the 7th floor with amazing views of the Gulf and nightly sunsets. We can't wait to go back !

The room was clean and beachside, they were revamping beach with sand. Easy to get to and elevator worked. Nice pool and easy walking to Beach

Great place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was clean and well maintained. View was great as advertised will definitely stay again in 2026 if available. No real issue's there are 3 remotes for different services some use instructions would be great. The ice maker on the refrigerator is not functional and kitchen could use a few more dish towels.We found the grounds at Estero Beach Club to be very well maintained, pool was great with adequate chairs for all.

Nice condo with a great view

The condo is very nice, the view is great, the location just perfect. The constructions around us were a little bit annoying but they have to be done. We missed a toaster for our breakfast and the tenant prior our stay smoked in the condo, although it's not allowed. We are looking forward for coming back.

The only thing I would change would be the smoking rules. We got a balcony so that we could smoke, and since we could not smoke on the balcony, we had to walk a country mile to the smoking area, which was in the sun, not covered… what happens if it rains?My suggestion would be a gazebo??

Well appointed and equipt. Great views. Super clean and well located. Exactly as depicted. There’s construction all over Ft Myers Beach, so assume some noise. But the noise wasn’t bad and didn’t disturb us. This building is 99prrcent done.

Dolphins and sunsets

My husband and I loved staying here! We saw dolphins every morning and watched the sunset every night. The check in was a little tricky since no one is onsite to help with it. Another guest at the condo helped us figure it out. We went kayaking at Bonita beach and Sanibel. My husband fished a lot at the condo and I found some pretty shells. The room was super cozy and perfect for the two of us. We can't wait to stay here again! Already missing it!

Beach vacation

Great location but still affected by the hurricane aftermath. It was hard to enjoy the beach view on the balcony due to all the repair work being done in the area. Only one elevator worked and was no in operation when we arrived. So we had to climb seven floors with our luggage and groceries. I am sure our experience would have been better once all the repairs are done from the hurricane.

Great Stay & Beautiful Views!

We had a really nice stay at this 7th floor beachside studio. Our favorite part is that it was right on the beach on the southern end of Estero Island. Not far from Lover's Key State Park. Publix is close too. We saw plenty of dolphins. Great location for shelling - especially if you walk south to the point where the beach curves at Big Carlos Pass - good to have water shoes. Incredible view from both inside the unit and from the balcony where they have four comfortable chairs and a table. They have beach chairs and an umbrella with anchor which was great! I also noticed a bucket of sand toys for the kiddos as well as sun hats and two beach towels. The kitchen has most of what you will need. A wine bottle opener/corkscrew and a pen & paper would be nice additions. It was great to have the use of a full kitchen. The television is a nice large size. The furniture is comfortable as well as the bed. There was some construction going on while we were there which is to be expected. It was a little noisy at times, but that's the time to go to the beach or go do something else fun in the area. The workers were friendly. Parking is convenient. Many of the other beachside condos were still vacant when were there, April 23-30. Because of this the beaches aren't very crowded now. We did not use the pool which looked nice and had plenty of lounge chairs. There is a spray hose to wash sand off just outside the pool area. We are happy we chose this condo and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
