Good communication. Very quiet neighborhood. Stairs to enter apartment are very steep and narrow-not for those that have difficulty walking/climbing. Place was very spacious and well laid out. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Laundry facilities were perfect for our use. Would definitely stay here, again, if we are ever in Boston.

My fiance and I had a great stay here! Arvin was helpful in solving the issues we had with the lock upon arrival. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy! We were able to do a load of laundry before leaving which was great for us.This location was great for our planned travels in the area and we appreciated the recommendation of Nantasket Beach by our host! We would definitely stay here again:)

Very pleasant place to stay, close enough to Boston without the high price point. It had everything we needed. The bathroom is very small, but still adequate. The only thing is the check-in instructions were in an email that I definitely missed - it would have been nice to get a message directly from the hosts with instructions. The host was somewhat responsive. Also, we could not figure out how to lock the door! (That's our fault)

This spacious upstairs apt was perfect for 3 of us while we were in Weymouth visiting family for a long weekend. We could have very comfortably stayed for longer. The space was clean comfortable and more spacious than expected. Well provisioned for our stay! Hosts made everything easy. Only comment is that the steps leading upstairs were quite steep which made it a little tricky with lots gagethe steps

Weekend in Weymouth

My husband and I really enjoyed this property. The hosts are wonderful! This apartment is modern, clean, peaceful, and very close to surrounding areas in and around Boston. It had everything we needed for the weekend and would also be great for long term stay, with a dedicated work space. We enjoyed the fact that the hosts live on the property so they are right there is you ever need anything.

Spacious and well-appointed!

The apartment was perfect for my mother and myself. It is very spacious and exceptionally well appointed. It had absolutely everything we needed for our four-night stay. Communication with the Evolve Team was seamless. My mom and I are new great grandparents and grandparents, respectively and my daughter lives in Milton. This was a lovely place to regroup at the end of our busy days with the baby. baby. We will definitely come back in the future.

I had a great stay. The apartment was clean, tastefully appointed, and well stocked with what I needed for my long weekend there. I met the owners when I arrived and they invited me to text if I needed anything (I didn't). It snowed the evening before I was due to check out. Alvin dug a clear path from the entrance to my car and even shoveled out and defrosted my car. Terrific service. He went above and beyond. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Exceeded expectations

This property was perfect for our family of four! Located on a very quiet, dead end street, but close to everything. Super clean and plenty of space for the four of us to spread out. We took the ferry to the Boston aquarium, which was close by and had plenty of parking. Nantasket Beach was an easy 15 minute drive. Even in the midst of a heat wave, the 2nd floor apartment stayed cool and I even enjoyed my coffee on the quiet little porch while watching bunnies and squirrels! Would absolutely come back!

Cute and cozy

Cute apartment near Boston- it was nice staying a little outside the city. Great coffee shop nearby- Slow Coffee (get the tiramisu latte). Clean apartment. Arvin is very nice and accommodating. The stairway to get up is a bit steep, but it’s much easier to climb than the Bunker Hill tower. The bathroom was a little small, but overall, I would recommend staying here! Nice kitchen- made it easy to cook some meals and stay in rather than going out. Thank you Arvin for a great stay!

Very Clean and Comfortable with a welcoming host and easy access to Boston, beaches, and parks

My son, granddaughter, and I stayed in this charming, recently renovated apt. for three nights while visiting family. The apartment included all expected amenities, including Wi-Fi, cable tv, an Alexa for music, and a washer/dryer. The kitchen has all essentials and the apt. temperature controls are easy to use. The bathroom is small, but the shower has plenty of hot water and good pressure. The beds are very comfortable, with lots of pillows, and the towels are soft and a good size. There is also a small porch with chairs off of the kitchen.Arvin, the host, was friendly and helpful. He texted me before our arrival to make sure I had all the info. I needed. When we arrived, he greeted us and helped us carry our luggage upstairs. At one point, he texted me to tell me that we had left one of our car doors open, which I appreciated, as it was about to rain!This is a great location: a ten minute drive to the Hingham Ferry for a fun and convenient trip to Boston (about half an hour to Lowes or Rose Wharf); twenty minutes to the fabulous Nantasket Beach; and close to several parks, including World's End, a lovely coastal park with great views and pleasant walks. I would definitely stay here again!

Cozy little place

Apartment was very cozy and well kept. The towels smelled great and we appreciated the coffee and bottled water. The host was great and takes pride in his rental unit. My wife and I stay in these type of places regularly but this trip I had my sister with me and she wasn’t sure about it. 😂 This place worked out better for us than a hotel so we could each have our own private rooms and she was very impressed. The neighborhood seemed nice with kids riding bikes up and down the street during the day and I felt very secure leaving my vehicle in the driveway at night. At the time I made the reservation online I had no idea that our family friend lives almost directly behind this unit and his house is an exact duplicate of this unit. He told me that these houses were built during the war for soldiers returning home and are all very similar. As someone who enjoys history, I thought that was very interesting. Something that should probably be noted is that the steps are steeper than your standard steps (our friends house is exactly the same) but for me that was not a deal breaker but our 78 year old mother would have trouble getting her luggage up and down the stairs. Again we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay and will try to stay here again when we’re back in town.
