The house was amazing! Very clean, stocked and comfortable. We are a tall group and no one hit heads on doorways here. Beds were comfortable and host was amazing. They accommodated our need to stay an extra day and late checkout. Amazing neighborhood close to trains but quiet. Easily accessible to all things fun!

Perfect stay

This home is conveniently located close to a train station and just a few stops from many major attractions in Tokyo. It is spacious and very clean. The host has fantastic communication and has truly thought of everything to make our stay special. Highly recommend!

Beautiful modern condo

Beautiful luxury condo conveniently located a short walk from the Yotsugi train station. More than enough room for three adults, a rare find in Tokyo. I would definitely stay here again.

Spend more time here!

This VRBO was more than we could have asked for. We rearranged some of our itinerary just to be able to stay here longer. The home was pristine in cleanliness, functionality, design, and charm. If we could’ve stayed here longer, we would have! If you stay here, do you best to do it for as long as you can. Also, the Ethiopian restaurant down the street was top notch!

The location isn't in the centre of Tokyo but very close to train station. The house is very tidy and clean. They have everything you need. The manager was very helpful and contactable. I recommend this place

A clean, modern and spacious hotel.

This was our first accommodation in Japan, and was a great start to our trip. The owners are lovely with very regular and excellent communication and the hotel itself is spotless with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable with lots of space for storage and the facilities and equipment was basically all brand new and a pleasure to use. The only possible downside is more to do with the location than the property with a pretty major highway / railway line nearby that got a little noisy at times, although that's a small distraction for what is otherwise a very good accommodation option. The nearby Yotsugi Station is an easy 5 minute walk and there are nearby shops and restaurants which is also convenient. The owners of this property should be proud of the quality of their accommodation and service.Very highly recommended.

Wonderful experience at a wonderful property

We stayed at this property for a week and it was exactly as advertised. The host was very polite and professional and went out of his way to exceed our expectations. As foreigners visiting Japan, the host made booking, finding, and checking in and out simple; all inquiries were quickly answered and we even received recommendations for places to see nearby. The house is brand new, large, and very clean. It is fully stocked with any appliance and amenity that could possibly be needed, and the host even provides small details like q-tips and ear plugs if needed. Overall my family and I had a wonderful time and cannot recommend this property enough. If we return to Tokyo we will absolutely stay here again

A great place to stay!

The kitchen, dining area, living room part of the house is spacious enough to be comfortable for 3 adults and 2 teens to share meals and relaxation time in the evenings. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, containers to hold leftovers, etc. The stove and microwave are user friendly. There is a dishwasher as well. The bedrooms are adequate size with very comfortable beds. The bathroom is good sized with nice towels. The washing machine has English language instructions which make it easy to use. The AC kept the rooms comfortable despite it being very hot and humid outside.It is about a 5 minute walk from Yotsugi station to the house. There is a Family Mart convenience store at the station and a small but adequate grocery store about 5-6 minutes walk from the house. The property manager is consistently very responsive to requests for information, etc. There is only one modest drawback to the house: Yotsugi is a small, neighborhood station. So there is only 1 train line which takes you back to central Tokyo. Ie, you typically need to transfer at least once, often twice to get somewhere in the center of the city. This mild inconvenience is offset by how comfortable the house is. Given its size it is a bargain compared to other places in Tokyo!

Really nice location close to the train station. The owners were really nice and kept in contact with us throughout our stay. They were very nice and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. They even left kid toothbrushes and toothpaste for our little ones.

Very clean and quiet. Easy access to trains through Yotsugi Station. Nice family area and kitchen. Really appreciated having a washing machine with clear instructions. A bathroom on the first and second level was nice. Only change would be to have the air on when arriving. It was very hot and took a while to cool.
