The house was nice and clean in a residential area of Setagaya. Safe and quiet. Location was good and close to a train stop just outside the hustle and bustle of Shibuya and Shinjuku. It was clean and comfortable. It has 3 floors with 2 bedrooms up stairs and 1 bedroom with 2 queen size beds on the 1st floor. Although we did not spend too much time in the house, it had all the comforts like a kitchen, stove, good ac, tv, washer/dryer, tub and shower. Stairs are a bit steep between floors and kitchen/toilet and living room are on the 2nd floor. Good for a family or friends that want to stay together.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Spacious and very clean. Location, Location, Location!!! 2 stops from Shinjuku/Shibuya!! All appliances came with a handy QR code explaining how to use them. The owner was extremely responsive and very generous with sharing information about Tokyo and places we should visit! I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a super quiet and convenient location minutes away from the hustle and bustle. 7/11 and Family Mart are steps away! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had a fantastic time staying here for 10 days. The house was clean, comfortable, the location was very convenient, and the host was super responsive. Less than a 5 min walk to the local train station and a quick trip to Shibuya and Shinjuku with several train options. Within a short walk, you have 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and Lawsons. There is also a grocer close by with a Daiso on the 2nd floor. The neighborhood is very residential, although feels like your are in the city. We felt very safe. The accommodation is on three floors like many with tight staircases. The shower room is on the first floor and toilet on the main (2nd floor). The AC units in each room are solid. most of the bedrooms have exterior shades as well making the rooms very dark at night, great for sleeping. All and all a solid choice for our family of 7.

Hosted by a family who truly understands comfort and care.
We are a couple currently raising our children, and both of us studied in the U.S.,
where we experienced the warmth of cultural exchange through our host families.
Inspired by that, we wanted to welcome guests from around the world and share the beauty of Japanese culture through our home.

As parents, we also understand how challenging it can be to travel with little ones.
That’s why we’ve prepared everything you might need — from baby beds to chairs —
so you can relax and enjoy your stay with peace of mind.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Perfect balance between excitement and relaxation.

Daitabashi Station (Keio Line) is a 3-minute walk, with a direct 8-minute ride to Shinjuku. Shin-Daita Station (Inokashira Line) is 7 minutes on foot, and Shibuya is 9 minutes from there. Shimokitazawa, with its vintage shops, cafés and live-music venues, is a 10-minute walk. Yet the house sits in a peaceful residential area, perfect for families with children.
You can fully enjoy sightseeing in Tokyo, then return to a quiet, comfortable home to truly unwind. That's the greatest charm of our location.

この宿泊施設の特徴
