Wasn't cleaned properly

Its a beautiful home, but the owner has overlooked the essentials required of a rental property. We had to purchase tea towels, pairing knives, dish soap, toilet paper, and a broom and dust pan on our three night stay. The house has a gourmet kitchen and no decent kitchen utensils or pots n pans. Im grateful for previous reviewers comments so I knew to bring my own from home. Still I overlooked, there was no can opener!!!! No strainer!! If I hadnt brought my own cutlery, we would have ran short there too. We searched the entire place, never did find the TV remote.Shocking, there was moldy food in one of the ovens and the fridge had not been cleaned. There were bags of garbage in the the garage as well. I called the owner and sent photos and he explained he didnt have his regular cleaners, so he would discount my cleaning fee and permit a late check out as we had to wait to check in, as his one and only cleaner for the entire home was still inside cleaning. Once inside the house, we found the house only partially cleaned and set up... no garbage bag in the garbage can, damp laundry in the dryer... dishes still in the dishwasher... I had to clean the fridge, before puting our items inside. The bedrooms looked okay, but something didnt feel right.. I checked the bedding, the matresses did not have mattress covers. I have sent the owner a shopping list and suggestions for the home to bring it up to better standards, as it could be really nice! a broom snd dust pan

Good space for a larger group and nice house but would not recommend if you want to cook!

We enjoyed our stay and property manager was usually very responsive. However we found the cleanliness of the house not great and lacking any kind of cleaning supplies including cloths and towels to even clean up with. Also not much for knives, cutting boards, cheese grater, typical cooking food prep things needed if you want to cook. Wouldn’t be great for cooking a big meal unless your bringing all your own supplies.

Edmonton Golf trip

Property is new and well laid out with plenty of space. The cleanliness is odd because it is 98% spotless and then there are weird not clean things like inside of fridge, vents, top of door frames, top of range hood etc. Cooking and eating tools and utensils are scarse at best with no pots nor pans that we could find. Garage thogh empty is not available to guests...odd but OK with ample room for 2 cars in driveway. Place could also use deck and patio equipment for enjoyment of outdoor space in back.

Amazing property

This place was absolutely wonderful! The property looked exactly like the pictures—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The host was amazing, incredibly kind, and attentive throughout our stay, making sure everything was perfect. We felt so welcomed and comfortable here. Would highly recommend staying at this property and would love to return in the future!
