Relaxing modern townhome decorated beachy boho themed place to relax have a hot tub bbq enjoy small but relaxing back yard maybe have fire some refreshments in back yard. Steps away from park if u have kids ! Play games at large kitchen table! Watch a movie ! Two tvs one in master on main level ! Only minutes away from anything you need really! Views of the lake from the trails near my home beautiful!

Do not 🛑unplug Arlo camera for out side they are hooked up inside home connected to my router .or unscrew lightbulbs Ty
Always shower before enteriingy hot tub ! Lotions ,hair products ,deodorants can all ruin my tub and cause a lot of aftercare !thankyou

Absolutely wonderful place

The property is absolutely clean ,stylish and cozy .A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. It was the perfect place for us to stay and such a great value.Thank you !

Sylvan Weekend

We had a nice stay at this townhouse. It was clean and fully equipped with everything we could have needed. Host was very accommodating. Location is a little far from the beach but a short drive so not a big deal at all. Some construction noise early in the mornings due to it being a new development.

Beautiful home - crazy host

This home was beautiful and comfortable to stay in. However the hostess incredibly difficult and accusatory. A day and a half into our stay we ran out of toilet paper. She made passive aggressive comments when requesting a restock- we had to go purchase our own. When we left we were sent a rather accusatory message regarding not following the house rules in relation to the hot tub usage and not being clean. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

The beautiful skies from my deck are always so amazing ! Beautiful park near by well kept and newer area! Close to all the sylvan fun but also quieter area to retreat to!20 min walk to downtown area or 7 min drive! Everything’s close really!the park right there and 3 more if u keep walking trail close by great for kids!my grandaughters love all the parks so close
