Welcome to the all-new Eagles View property managed by Key Premier Properties, a modern Pocono Mountains getaway in a gated community at a luxurious lakeside retreat! This home has been fully renovated, newly furnished, down to the smallest appliances. Game room is loaded with pool table, foosball,poker table (chips,cards available) board games, 4 arcade machines, 65”tvs, high tops and an extra living room. All bedrooms have a 50” smart tv.
Home comes with a fully functioning kitchen, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Outside grill on the deck is also available (propane included) with outdoor dining area and cozy fire pit area. Our space accommodates up to 10 adults comfortably, maximum 12 guests permitted in the home. Big Bass Lakes community is full of amenities which the guests have access to including indoor/outdoor pools, spray park for the kids, basketball, pickleball and tennis courts, 2 lakes with beaches where you can go fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. No pets allowed.
Community Quiet Hours are from 11 pm - 7 am
Community wide speed limit of 25 MPH. Renter is responsible for all traffic fines incurred.
Renter assumes all responsibility for activities related to or on the lake.
No fireworks of any kind are permitted in the neighborhood.
Community permits no more than 12 guests in the home, regardless of age.
There are no outdoor trash cans to avoid attracting bears. Renter is responsible for regular disposal of all trash, waste, and recycling at community dumpsters.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Renters who leave the property dirty, damaged, or excessively messy may be subject to additional cleaning/repair/replacement fees.
Any fines imposed by security will be guests responsibility.
25 years old minimum age requirement to rent.
$300 fee for odor of smoke,blood, vomit or any bodily fluid on the property.
No flushing any kind of wipes or products in the toilets.
ONLY toilet paper provided ( septic safe )
Only registered guests are permitted at the property at any time; violation will result in a fine.
