We really enjoyed this property. The deer would cone up everynight and coming from the city it was so quite and peaceful . Definitely a return location

Point venture Thanksgiving getaway

Perfect spot for our family of four to gather for the holidays. We took advantage of the beach park, playground, golf and disc golf. Neighborhood has a convenience store that is pretty well stocked. It’s a golf cart community. Rentals available. We made use of the floating restaurant (captain Pete’s) kids liked feeding the fish and ducks.

The housekeeping/maintenance is well below par: had to get pliers to remove aerator in bathroom spout to allow more than a dribble; dishwasher filter full of debris; scantily outfitted kitchen utensils; no wine glasses; bed so tall my wife had real difficulty getting on; really cheap, tiny metal night stands. Host contact phone disconnected for two days before stay.
