We stayed at Ducks Blind for 3 nights for our son's wedding at Payne Lake Lodge. It was the perfect place for us. Well equipped, quiet with a great outdoor play area nearby for the grandchildren. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor eating and seating areas were great. A small issue with the electronic door lock was swiftly resolved and we could not fault the speed of response. All in all a great place to stay in a beautiful location.

We had an excellent stay at Payne Lake Cabin! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The peaceful lakeside setting was perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Everything we needed was provided, and the surroundings were beautiful. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Payne Lake Cabin to anyone looking for a quiet and memorable getaway. We look forward to coming back!

We loved our stay! First time in VRBO and couldn't have had a better experience. Travelling with two puppies and found the place clean and perfectly set up to accommodate both dogs and people. The location was ideal, and it was quiet and well maintained.

The cabin was lovely and a great place for our family to rest for a couple days. The owners responded very quickly and were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. We did not really understand that there is not a complete kitchen, but more of a kitchenette. It has pretty much everything you need to cook, just not an oven! So plan accordingly. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area!

Thanksgiving getaway

The cabin is exactly as described, very clean and well equipped. Very nice outdoor spaces for eating and relaxing. We brought an air mattress as our older teans will not share a bed, there was room as long as we put the bed up during the day. Definitely a property we would stay at again.

Property is like-new condition, very clean. A nice quiet place to stay near Waterton Lakes National Park. We got confused trying to find the property, but owner was quick to help us. Cabins don't have internet, but a lounge is a short walk away for it. No television, but it's in the wilderness...

More amenities than originally told

We we're looking for a 'close to camping' experience close to Waterton and this little cabin was great. Came with hotplate, slowcooker, microwave for easy cooking. A great play area for the kiddos (there is a hammock like tube, please be sure to confiscate your kids phones prior to trying yourself, it's a lot of fun but not elegant. Super easy access to Waterton park
