Plenty of room for the family with 2 living areas, open plan kitchen/dining area with the comfort of both air conditioning and a slow combustion fireplace ensuring this is a property to be enjoyed at any time of year. A very family friendly property set on a no thru road and enclosed yard, this property ticks all the boxes and won't disappoint!
The BBQ is only available in December and January.
*Please note linen is not provided, but can be hired via the agency if you wish. There are doonas and pillows.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
