Situated on 2 levels offering 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, relaxed and formal dining areas, lounge and a cinema/media room and a lift between floors. Step out from the indoor heated pool room to the terraced patio overlooking the lawn and gardens, or hop into the outdoor spa pool under the stars.
With plenty of parking and space for the boat this property really does have it all and is ready to create memories with friends and family!

There are security cameras operating in the driveway and outside of the entrance of the house. There are no cameras operating inside the house.

Strictly no parties, events or loud groups. The house is fitted with smart sensors that monitor noise. The equipment does not take photos or record conversations. It sends alerts if noise is above a threshold for a sustained period. If security or noise control are called to the property, we will charge a call-out fee of $100 and you may be required to leave the property without a refund.
