A beautiful, serene retreat where you don’t have to travel too far to get away from it all.
A fully self contained extralarge studio with high ceilins and a farmhouse style. It has direct access to the yard and use of the fire pit. Welcome to use our kayak to explore the port hacking river .
Entry to the stunning Royal National Park bush walking tracks is just 1minute up the road.
5min walk to the local cafe (Jack Gray), convenience store, liquor shop and take away. Down the road there’s Swallow Rock Reserve a local boat ramp and a gorgeous place to enjoy the Royal National Park views, or fish, swim and picnic.

The property has direct access to the tidal river where you can take a serene kayak ride down the port hacking river. The waterfront is tidal and accessible via a steep staircase so kids need to be supervised.
