Welcome to our newly constructed, fully furnished suite, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. This suite is a haven of comfort and convenience, located just a 3-minute walk from the nearest transit stop, making commuting a breeze.
Our suite is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances to ensure a comfortable stay. The brand new washer and dryer are at your disposal for laundry needs. We've taken care of the smallest details, providing toiletries such as plush towels, and premium shampoo, so you can pack light and feel right at home.
The suite has a separate, efficient heating system to keep you warm and cozy during those chilly nights. The kitchen is a chef's dream, fitted with brand new appliances including a convection oven for those who love baking, a super silent dishwasher that makes clean-up effortless, and a spacious fridge and freezer for storing your gourmet ingredients.
Sleep is paramount, so we've ensured you have the best. Our sturdy, brand new Queen bed is perfect for a restful night's sleep. For extra guests, we have a comfortable pull-out sofa that doubles as a bed. The suite also features a compact computer table for your work-from-home needs, a wireless charger for your devices, and bedside drawers for ample storage.

Private acess to the suite is by the left side of the property.
