The location was great and very convenient for Universal and nearby grocery stores. The neighborhood was decent, and the home matched the listing photos.Unfortunately, several issues impacted our stay. The lock system was loose and did not work properly at one point, which caused some safety concerns (though support did respond quickly). The cleanliness was not up to par—our feet turned black after walking on the floors, and we found trash and food debris under beds, especially in the back bedrooms. There were also noticeable maintenance issues, including a damaged bedroom door, plumbing with reversed hot/cold water, very high water pressure at one sink, low shower pressure, and a collapsed section of the garage ceiling blocking access to the laundry.The home was advertised as fully equipped for cooking, but kitchen essentials were very limited. There were no basic items like salt, pepper, oil, or sufficient pots and pans, and the microwave did not work consistently. This made cooking for our family difficult and resulted in eating out more than planned. The beds had very thin blankets, and no extra blankets, soap, or cleaning supplies were provided.Overall, the location was a big plus, but cleanliness, maintenance, and lack of essentials need improvement for a more comfortable stay
