Southern exposure canal front deck. Just 3 blocks to the beach, a dock at your back door and plenty of sun to go around. Relax on your deck and enjoy the view. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Walkability to all the attractions is a plus for your family. One reserved off-street parking space, plus first-come guest off-street parking space.
