Stay in a quiet, peaceful home located close to all basic amenities. Bus stops nearby, parks, restaurants and more.
Centrally located at few minutes drive to airport, the university, downtown and malls.

We offer a bedroom within a two bedroom house. The bedroom is private while bathroom and other spaces are shared. You'll have access to all listed amenities and spaces except the second bedroom. No smoking allowed please

Lovely stay with the best hosts of the world

It was an amazing stay with the lovely and warm hosts Lionel and Gifts. They are the best hosts I ever met and I had a beautiful and the most perfect experience during my stay in Saint John's. The house is really nice, confortable and well located and I felt super welcomed and safe. I truly recommend it to everyone!

Ideal for a research trip

I stayed here for a month to do research at the provincial archives. It is well located, with the archives, university, several malls, and downtown a bus ride away. The neighbourhood is quiet and the host is polite, communicative, and welcoming.

Helpful hosts :)

Hosts were helpful, humourous, and even let me stay past check out as my later hotel check-in was hours away! 🙏 Moisture accumulated in kitchen, so there was some musty smell in cupboards, but other than that, the place was very clean. Hosts are accommodating of guests arriving at all kinds of weird times of night/day, which was very helpful, and also offer rides to/from airport for $17 instead of the standard cab fare $31.50 En-suite laundry was great to have. Great hosts, recommended :)

I had the absolute pleasure of staying here with Lionel and Gifty, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the outstanding hospitality.They truly go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. They greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They were always available to help with any questions, provide local recommendations, and even check in to make sure I was enjoying my time there. It honestly felt like staying with family. I recommend it without any reservations.
