Bethany Bay is a beautiful resort community located along the shore of the Indian River Bay where you'll find the luxury of a "get- away- from- it- all" retreat and "close to everything" convenience. Only a few miles from Bethany Beach, this beautifully decorated first floor NO STAIRS end unit sits just feet away from the bay offering amazing water views that go on and on! There are 2 bedrooms, and the master features a King size bed plus smart TV with cable, the other has 1 full size bed plus 1 twin plus a Smart TV with Internet only. The living room offers a Queen-size pull-out sleep sofa with Smart TV and cable. All brand-new mattresses plus living and dining room furniture! Two full bathrooms and the master bedroom bath is a shower stall with grab bars. The well stocked kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, and central air conditioning. Relax and recharge with friends and family sitting on the cozy screen porch or deck. Take a beach break and head over for an afternoon by the community pool or kiddie pool only a short walk from the unit! Bethany Bay also offers basketball courts, volleyball, tennis court, & golf course (extra fee). Mini Weeks are available all season! NO smoking, burning candles or pets.

The screened in patio was broken (there were a lot of bugs) because of this, blinds fell off when touched (hurt my husband), and shower had no pressure. Property manager made us drive a total of 45 minutes out of the way on both entry and exit to pick up amenity passes, which they could have left in the house. They left them in the house for our friends staying at another unit at the complex. We Rented the beach chairs through the property management company but it didn’t come with an umbrella as represented (they said they emailed about this but we never received an email). Property manager wouldn’t refund. Not a bad stay but there was a lot of room for improvement.
