Awesome place

Great property with well appointed kitchen. Convenient location for ski in and ski out. We found it somewhat challenging to get the info we needed from RedAwning. The bot on the chat was a frustrating experience. And the emailed check in info seemed complete except that it did not provide specific details for the Black Bear Crossing units. The messaging could have been more crisp and actually related to the rental unit rather than a generic message for all rental locations. It seemed impossible to fidn a real person to deal with at Red Awning. The townhouse is very functional- we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Thanks!
