Sitting on the edge of Lake Brandy in the heart of Muskoka, this newly renovated lakefront cottage offers a stunning blend of modern design and natural beauty. Perfect for a luxury getaway or family retreat, this property boasts an array of high-end amenities that will leave you speechless.

Enjoy the ultimate relaxation with a hammock station, hot tub, and floating dock featuring Muskoka chairs where you can unwind while taking in the breathtaking views of the lake. The home is equipped with the latest SONOS sound system for music lovers, as well as boating equipment for exploring the serene waters of Lake Brandy.

Whether you're seeking outdoor adventures or peaceful moments by the water, this luxurious Muskoka retreat has it all.

**$175 cleaning fee per booking.

**Please note that all bookings require a $500 damage deposit, which will be returned to guests after their stay.

**Be sure to remove all garbage and recycling and take it with you. Muskoka has various rules in place that differ during the year. If any garbage or recycling is left on the property, we charge $25 per bag for removal as there is a charge for us to dispose of it.

Cozy Space!

The property is a short 5 minute drive to the town of Port Carling, which is full of cute shops & restaurants. The cottage itself is cozy, yet has enough bedrooms to host 2 families, we were 9 people. Living room space is small. Bedroom linens were soft & clean. There are quite a few steps to get down to the lake so this may not be the best property if you have little ones. There is a large dock with plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the view, or to fish. Paddle boards, kayaks & floaties are provided. The electrical and wifi is exceptional, including the smart TV’s. We had no connectivity issues at all, our 5 teens were very happy about that! The kitchen has all the amenities and utensils needed, including a washer & dryer. There are 2 bathrooms, the one located upstairs is small and a little outdated compared to the rest of the property, but well maintained. There are a few things to take note of, you will not be given entry codes until just before check in. The cutlery drawer is hidden within a drawer. It is labelled and we still didn’t notice. Thankfully the property manager was quick to respond before we ran out to buy some. The hot tub is not maintained and should not be advertised or used. We did have some concerns related to the overall cleanliness, which we’ve addressed with the owner. Also,the property is not pet free. Communication was good and when we reported a broken step, it was repaired by the next day. Overall it is a good property and we had a good time.
