Enter the front door into the spacious living room with an oversized flat screen television. There is also a full, well-stocked kitchen, separate dining area, full bathroom with tub, master bedroom with queen bed and including master bathroom, one guest bedroom with a queen bed, and another guest bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds.

There is a great deck off the dining room with seating and dining table leading to the back yard. Enjoy an afternoon barbeque, relax in the hammock, or toast marshmallows around the fire pit in the evening.

The washer and dryer are located in the big, open basement. Tenants may use the garage. Owners personal belongings are not for tenant's use.

Location: The closest beach is Cooks Brook Beach on the bayside of the Cape less than a mile away. This home is only .8 of a mile from the Cape Cod Rail Trail via Nauset Road and using the set of traffic lights to cross Route 6. It is 2.7 miles from Nauset Light Beach and 3.7 miles from Coast Guard Beach on the ocean side of the Cape. Orleans center is approximately 6.6 miles away, Eastham Windmill Village Green is about 3.2 miles away, Wiley Park, which is the back side of Great Pond is about 2.6 miles away, and the Wellfleet Drive-in, Cinemas and Flea Market is about 1.8 miles away.
