Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space close to Wood Street. Have your morning coffee on the patio in the sun trapped garden. "WFH" in a great office space with lots of natural light. Enjoy lunch at one of the many local bakeries or coffee shops, and make yourself dinner in the evening before winding down.
The next day, grab a train to Liverpool Street or Oxford Circus in around 30 mins and enjoy the city.
Wood Street Overground is a 6 minute walk, Walthamstow Central is 15 minutes.
Enjoy the open and spacious main floor with lots of natural light. Make use of the separate workspace where you can work from home. An equipped kitchen with double oven, gas stove to make your lunch and dinner, which also has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer for your laundry. You can make use of the iron and ironing board too.
Our garden is a sun trap which is south facing, ideal for al fresco dining on the patio. We have a BBQ you can use too.
Upstairs you will find a 4 piece bathroom which was recently renovated, and two double bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space.
