All rooms and surfaces were clean. We had to call about the WIFI because the book information did not match what was by the TV but was resolved quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and most appliances. Could have used a toaster but there was a toaster oven to use. The location was convenient and on a nice street. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach and the north end of the boardwalk was one street south of the direct street to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and activities very close by. Assateague national park is about 25 minute drive to see the wild horses on the beach and in the park!We were very happy with our stay.

Need to provide more detailed information for door code access (information was incomplete). Bedroom level doesn’t get cool. Otherwise it was good - location was in the middle of everything and was far enough off the road for quiet

The property was a nice place to stay close walk to the beach. We did have a thunderstorm and was out on the beach came back to a leak in the kitchen by the sliding glass door and the ceiling fan did not work in the dinning area other then that it was a great stay checked out a day early due to more storms coming.

Cute house! We were looking forward to going on the dock but it had boards missing and the step down was nearly crumbling. Otherwise, we had no issues and enjoyed it!

Overall, we had a good stay and found the property to be clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The check-in process was easy, and the home generally met our expectations.However, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. There was no laundry detergent provided for the washing machine, and there was no extra toilet paper available beyond what was already in use. While these are relatively minor concerns, they were inconvenient during our stay.The most significant issue was that the air conditioning unit failed on the second day. As a result, the temperature inside the house remained above 80 degrees for much of the stay and reached as high as 93 degrees at one point. This made the home quite uncomfortable, especially during the warmer parts of the day.Despite these challenges, we still enjoyed aspects of the property and appreciate the host’s efforts. Addressing the A/C issue and ensuring basic supplies are adequately stocked would greatly improve the guest experience.

Older condo but great neighborhood and neighbors. Centrally located so the teenager can go off to the boardwalk and the adults. The boat dock was unsafe loose boards, tilted in. The neighbors let us use their dock. New bathrooms but old kitchen full loaded.

Great location, close to everything and very quiet. Master bedroom needs a fan in it runs hot even with the a/c coming through the floor vent. Also no extra paper towels, toilet paper, or tissues left. Otherwise excellent trip and would definitely stay again with the extra required necessities. Make sure you bring your own k-cups or coffee grounds if your a coffee drinker and your own laundry detergent to use the washing machine.
