Relax and unwind in your 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Barton. A top-floor apartment in the Realm Precinct surrounded by bars, cafes and restaurants. Also, it has two high-quality mattresses.

This 2BR/2BA apartment is only a 4-minute drive to Parliament House! This is a self-check-in apartment so there`s no need to meet someone on-site. We would love to host you!

Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed while the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Wardrobes provide plenty of space including room for luggage.

The 2 bathrooms both have showers, toilets and basins. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You may need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

If you are craving a home-cooked meal, the kitchen is fully equipped for your use. You will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
- French press

We also stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

The living room has a 50` Samsung smart TV, which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. We don`t provide Netflix and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you must use your account.

You can use the laundry area. A washing machine and clothes dryer are available for your use as well as a drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. There are also limited free and paid street parking around the building.

Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

The nearest bus stop to the apartment is only 230 metres away on National Circuit, one of Canberra`s main bus routes.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.

2. I have a STRICT `No Pets Policy` except for service or emotional support animals and `No Smoking Policy`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.

7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. The property is not child-proofed and we don`t have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
