The Space:
As you step into this lovely apartment you’ll immediately appreciate the open-plan design that flawlessly merges the kitchen and living areas. The balcony features a spacious outdoor dining area and weber BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals and embracing the beautiful sea breezes and coastal atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and a high table for your stay. The living space exudes coastal charm with its plush chaise sofa, air-conditioning unit and a smart TV. The single secure garage is equipped with kayaks, boogie boards, beach toys, and a beach trolley, while inside you'll find a portacot, high chair, plastic dinnerware, a selection of board games, books, and children's toys.

The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, ample wardrobe space, an ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, plus a smart TV.

The compact laundry is located in the hallway cupboard and includes a front loader washing machine, dryer and a portable clothes rail.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment accessible via a lift on level 2 and one secure car park.

The apartment offers an ideal location for parking your car and enjoying the area by foot, situated within walking distance of Kings Beach, with a patrolled beach, surf club, beach pool, parks, and a variety of cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Happy Valley, the nearest beach, while un-patrolled, is great for surfing and also offers a calm side perfect for children, connecting to the tranquil waters of the Pumicestone Passage.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is less than a 5-minute walk (100m) to Caloundra bus station where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore (northbound) and Pelican Waters (southbound).

Other Things to Note:
*Please be aware that the apartment is situated next to the Caloundra bus station, which means there may be noise from the station.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
