Clear directions made it easy to find. Clean & comfortable for a large family. No external noise so we all slept well. Bathrooms good & it was very nice to have the option of breakfast cereal provided, although we didn’t use it a nice touch. Within walking distance of shops. Heating worked well.

気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
No advertised working air con in middle of winter. No working TV or fetch box for entire stay. Had to insist handyman come to unit and then were informed he had reported air con not working 4 days prior to my arrival. No attempt to fix fetch box and TV. Stay was not pleasant

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that all concerns raised during your stay were reviewed and addressed promptly. Our team attended the property in person to assist with the heating, stove, and TV. Three portable heaters were delivered and assembled, and we confirmed the stove was operational. While there was a temporary issue with Fetch TV, other streaming services such as Netflix were working as expected. You were also given the option to cancel the stay and receive a full refund for the unused nights, which you chose not to accept. Essential amenities, including heating and cooking facilities, were made available and functional throughout the stay.
