This open, stylish ranch home is equipped with everything you need for a memorable vacation. Your own space, detached and private. Perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a city escape while still being close to everything Sooke and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Prepare to relax as soon as you step into this spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 4 with tasteful decor to encourage peaceful mind & body.
After an adventure packed day you’ll love cooking in the well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and butcher block countertops.

Enjoy a meal together at the island dining table for 4 before sinking into the sofa, and enjoying your favourite movie on the Smart TV (guest accounts provided). Or, step out into your personal patio complete with gas grill and surround by evergreen trees. A beautiful cedar privacy fence with outdoor lighting surrounds the wood chairs and fire pit (Seasonal. Firewood available for purchase on site).

Sleep soundly in one of the 2 pressure relieving memory foam beds (1 king & 1 queen) with extra pillows and plush bedding. Both rooms have closets, bedside tables with lighting and charging stations, and blackout curtains so you can enjoy sleeping in.
The full bathroom with tub/shower has all the necessities you need for your stay. With luxury bath towels and great lighting for getting ready.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent communication and the instructions for checkin/out and directions were super clear.The property itself is very nice and worked great for our family of 4. The kitchen was very well stocked and even had plastic kids cutlery and plates which was a nice bonus. The only thing that would have been nice to have was a microwave (though, the listing doesn't advertise having a microwave, so we weren't expecting one)

Otter point getaway was everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the space was huge and clean. The is a outdoor area and a bbq.

Beautiful place

The house was beautifully decorated, had all of the amenities needed and then some, and very clean. We always looked forward to the affections from the lovely outdoor cat Ruby which truly made it a home away from home! The location was perfect with plenty of hiking trails and beaches a short drive away! We also enjoyed good food in Sooke as well as the local night market which we were lucky enough to be there for! Shirley Delicious cafe was also only a short drive away and a wonderful treat to experience! This place is definitely on our list of places to come back to!

Top Notch!!

We only stayed one night but this property is a gem. So clean and new. Smells lovely. Had anything we could want. Our hosts, Sean & Kara, were so quick to answer if we had questions. There is absolutely nothing that we would change. It was perfection!

Otter Point: 1 night not enough

So impressed with this spotless, well-equipped little gem. We were two couples, and with only one night did not use the kitchen and amenities to their full potential. Beds were comfortable; a 5-minute drive into restaurants and shops in Sooke. Explored nearby Jordan River and China Beach as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way.

1st time in this location, it was lovely! Not exaggerating at all, it was modern, spacious enough for 2 couples, quiet, easy to find, accurately advertised and plenty of basic cooking items if you needed them. I would definitely stay here again.

Born and raised locally, we have a lot of pride for our small but growing town of Sooke. We enjoy hiking, biking and gardening, hockey at the local Arena and dirt biking the endless logging roads.

This family friendly neighbourhood is conveniently close to Sooke while still being far enough to feel rural. There is a very community feel to this area, neighbours often give a wave or a horn honk to say hello.

The location is perfectly central to both Downtown Victoria and Port Renfrew and gives you the best of all aspects of sightseeing and touring the South Island.
