Our beautifully designed property offers plenty of room for relaxation and comfort. With a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living areas, and thoughtful amenities throughout, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The house has everything you need for a memorable stay, with all the essentials provided for your convenience, including ample space with a dedicated kids' playroom equipped with age-appropriate toys and board games.

Living & Lounge Rooms: Spacious couch to relax on and Wi-Fi-connected TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, pots, and more. Essentials like herbs, salt, foil, tea, coffee, and sugar are provided.

Melton stay

Communication with the owner was always good and responses quick. The house was very spacious and quiet and backed onto a nature walk. This was very pleasant. Not too far by car to the shops and train station. The train was a convenient way to get into the city without dealing with the hassle of traffic and parking. Arriving later in the evening after an international flight, it was a bit disappointing that there were no tea/coffee sachets, sugar or UHT milk pottles made available as it was too late to go to the shops for these things. It was also strange that the cutlery was so sparse; two very small teaspoons and no knives, only spoons and forks. I ended-up having to buy a 4 x set of bamboo cutlery the next morning so we could eat our meals there. That seemed an oversight that however can be readily rectified. These small things, like a little bit of washing powder, salt, pepper, and beverage-making items are what we are generally used to when staying such accommodation, and I was surprised these were not included. Those things would have made the stay a bit more comfortable. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Timely communication is key

An email prior to moving in, with the following information could helped a lot especially out of office hours.- where to find the key (we have to find emergency accommodation for the first night)- Where to find the remote for the air condition.- Information for the internet. (we had no internet)- The rubbish bins outside were both full. - Better use white towels and duvei cover. The towels and the duvei cover were the same with ours and we might have taken them without realizing it was not ours. The Location was perfect for us.
