Fabulous first floor condo in great location. Walkable to Starbucks, restaurants, grocery & drug stores. Plus close to everything in N. Scottsdale. Condo was comfortable, QUIET and clean. Furnished with lots of extras including a pack and play. Wonderful host with great instructions. Covered parking to keep your car cool in the summer. Highly recommend!

The unit was very clean, well stocked, great location, plenty of extras; pool toys, towels, condiments, coffee. The only down side was the guest bed. So firm that is was very uncomfortable. It needs a pillow topper of sorts if staying a number of nights. I would stay again and if the bed was not resolved, I would be heading to Target!

Great location, within walking distance to Safeway, AJ Fine Foods and pickleball at Horizon Park. Despite being in a high density area of Scottsdale, the unit was surprisingly quiet. Hosts were responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location , this is our 6th stay in the signature condo property. we love the location , the swim pools and the guests/tenants are very friendlythis particular property had a well stocked kitchen, the living room had a great comfortable furniture and enough for our group (some times, you only get a couch and chair) this had a couch, loveseat and a recliner, which was great for our group. Only was missing a TV in the master. We would definitely stay again...

Location was perfect for attending Barrett Jackson for the week. Super close for Ubers, grocery stores and night life. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Home came with plenty of towels and linens. Fridge and cabinets contained basic things needed which was a plus.

Ease of access to property. First floor with covered parking. Condo was clean and well equipped. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. The only negative was the bed was firm and we had a little trouble sleeping on it.

This was a great condo for a 3 week stay in Scottsdale. It was roomy and well equipped and was exactly as shown in the pictures. Grocery shopping and preparing meals was easy. The area was quiet and very convenient. We felt very much at home. One thing, if you need a dark room to sleep you should bring an eye mask as both bedrooms let in quite a bit of outside light. I would definitely stay here again.
