This lovely apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach, 5km from Wembley Golf Course and 11 km from the Aquarium of Western Australia. Cafes and shops just a short stroll. Fifteen minute drive to the Perth CBD.

This lovely apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach or to Coles/Liquorland/Pharmacy, coffee shops and restaurants, 3 minutes to Scarborough Bus stops. Uber, Didi and Ola along with traditional taxi services are readily available.

The view is wow. Close to beaches/resturants/everything. Apartment is gorgeous and owners wonderful to deal with. We loved our stay in Scarborough.

It’s in the details…

Location is good.Apartment was clean for the most part….few hairs in the bathroom and the baseboard/skirting boards look like they have never been cleaned, ever.Ceilings are starting to Peel through moisture but that’s a maintenance issue….like the worn carpet and the bathroom fan that clicks incessantly if there is the slightest breeze. Incredibly annoying at night time. The shower door needs to be looked at so it doesn’t leave a flood on the bathroom floor everytime someone has a shower.The air conditioning works well in the Main living area, very important for Perth in Summer. The bedrooms have fans (be careful while changing a t shirt while they are on because they are LOW) which require the bedroom doors to be open almost continuously to make them cool enough to sleep in.All in all it’s a decent place. The location is the selling feature. Just disappointing when you walk-in to a worn out place for the amount of money you pay.The bad part now. The front door lock (electric keypad) stopped working and could not be lock towards the end of my stay. Contacted the owner via the message thread on the app to notify them. I got a response, but it was seemingly an AI chatbot telling me I need to send them a ‘private’ review (whatever that is) and that they need high ratings to be a ‘Superhost’ (whatever that is).Sorry guys, as I said it’s decent but you have to work on your service skills.

Thanks for letting us know your issues via your review after your stay was completed. We did check during your stay and received confirmation that “all was good,” so were unaware of any unresolved issues. For urgent matters like door lock, we recommend calling directly though luckily, next guests had no difficulties. Great to be able to check you in early and that you enjoyed the fantastic location of this gorgeous apartment and were happy with air conditioning in the main living area. Regarding the ceiling fans, they do comply with height standards, but we appreciate your suggestion about adding a warning for taller guests and will take this into consideration. Although your issues with shower door and bathroom fan have not been previously reported we will have maintenance follow up. Thank you for your feedback and great you enjoyed your time in Scarborough.
