Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat in the heart of the

charming Five Points neighborhood, just minutes away from downtown Raleigh!

Our home is the perfect blend of modern comfort and classic charm, offering

you a relaxing and memorable stay.







As you step into our charming home, you'll be greeted by a stylish and

welcoming interior. The living space is thoughtfully designed for both

relaxation and socializing, featuring ample seating and modern décor. Kick

back and unwind after a day of exploring Raleigh on our plush sofas or enjoy

some quality time together in the fenced backyard, perfect for those warm

North Carolina evenings.







Each of the 5 bedrooms boasts very comfortable hybrid memory foam beds,

ensuring a restful night's sleep after exploring all that Raleigh has to

offer. With 3 full bathrooms, mornings and evenings will be a breeze as

everyone gets ready for the day's adventures.







Situated just minutes away from downtown Raleigh, you'll have easy access to

the city's cultural attractions, dining hotspots, and vibrant nightlife.

Explore the local Five Points area with its unique shops, boutiques, and cozy

cafes.







Please note, that the fireplace is not available for use. Kindly refrain from

attempting to turn it on during your stay.

☀️ Dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $75 per dog, per

stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. As much as we love cats, we do not

allow cats or any other animals aside from dogs at our property.



☀️ No events, parties, or large gatherings



☀️ Must be at least 25 years old to book



☀️ Please report any damages that occur during the stay



☀️ Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late

check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation

booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in

advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.



☀️ Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we

reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be

treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may

apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

This is an impressive home, spacious, clean, modern. We had plenty of space for our family. There is ample off-street parking and the neighborhood is great. The location is close to downtown and there are many restaurants and shops a short distance away. We would definitely stay here again if traveling to Raleigh.

Great for a Family or Group

The house was perfect for our group and the check in and check out process was simple. The location is convenient to downtown and some local restaurants and breweries. I would definitely rent this place again the next time i am in Raleigh.

Had a Great Vacation

The house had was very spacious of room for me and my 7 guests, and our dogs loved chasing their ball in the backyard. Raleigh has fantastic greenways and parks, I especially recommend the North Carolina Museum of Art. We drank our fill while we were there, I especially recommend FunGuys Brewing to any fellow beer enthusiasts. When we visit Raleigh again, we'd love to stay here again!

This is the most stunning home! It is in a beautiful neighborhood with off street parking and a lovely backyard. The owners have taken CARE to ensure the kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of clean comfortable beds. The bedrooms are large and there is plenty of space to relax in the living room. I felt like everywhere we went in the city was close. I will totally rebook my next stay in Raleigh. Could not rate high enough!!!

The house is in a charming walkable neighborhood (though it was quite cold during our stay, and we sadly weren’t able to do much walking). Rooms, kitchen, etc are in great condition and reasonably clean. The layout is good, we particularly enjoyed the open space downstairs for chatting together. The kitchen was very well stocked with conventional utensils and cookware, and even had knives that were actually sharp - a vacation rental rarity! We are already talking about renting here again next time we come.Notes for potential guests: -When you turn the master shower spigot, the hot water is closest to “off” (unlike other spigots). So if you turn the spigot all the way you’ll only get the cold water.-The driveway is tight getting past the house. There’s more room to maneuver once you’re on the main parking pad.

Nice place

Property was great. Plenty of space the only issue was the smoke alarms would go off periodically and we finally figured out the breaker. It has obviously happened b4 because the breaker was labeled.

Nice property and was spacious. We wanted to use the backyard area and grill but did not do so given the extensive cleaning that was needed. Needed directions for using central air settings. Upstairs was very comfortable, but downstairs was too cool each day.
