The apartment features two well-appointed queen bedrooms, with ceiling fans. One has an ensuite with a shower, while the other is next to the main bathroom with a shower, bath and an original vanity. High-quality bed linens and towels ensure a restful night's sleep and sumptuous experience.
The spacious living and dining areas are tastefully furnished with high-quality pieces, There is a large TV with free-to-air and streaming services, and 4-seater dining table. There is gas heating throughout. The apartment has a warm water outdoor shower at the rear of the property, heated towel rails and underfloor heating in both bathrooms.

Bolton Street Parking Garage: Complimentary parking is included with your booking for one car. The garage is located just a 2-minute walk from our front door and is accessible 24/7. Please provide your number plate when booking to ensure access. The garage has a height limit of 2.2 meters. It is unallocated, so you can park in any space and enjoy unlimited entries and exits during your stay.
Additional Parking Options:
Watt Street: Free all-day parking is available 100 meters away. This parking is first-come, first-served.
Street Parking: Free on weekends and overnight in front of the apartment. This parking is also first-come, first-served.
Loading Zones: There is a loading zone around the corner on Church Street and another directly across from the apartment entrance for convenient unloading.
