Your visit took place shortly after Hurricane Helene, which caused significant destruction in the area. The leaves and debris have since been fully cleared for future guests.– While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress preferences can be subjective, and we haven’t received similar concerns in the past.The homeowner takes great pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests.
