The hot tub settings are by the kitchen door to the back patio. It’s only seems to either be off or on (no direct temperature control) not an issue though it was nice. Also the pool/tub are salt water, v nice.

Beautiful Spacious House

The house was very beautiful and laid out well. We were a family of 8 and we were all very comfortable and pleased with the accommodations. The yard and outside pool and hot tub was beautiful. The house overlooked the lake and was very private and quiet. I would definitely rent it again.

My family and I stayed for the week of July 4th and we loved it. The property was well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. The property had multiple amenities for both adults and kids alike and the host (Frank) was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The only issue we had was we weren’t able to check in for 2 hours after our check in time due to the previous guests leaving the house a mess but that was at no fault to the host.If we do a large family function that requires a large home like this again we will definitely book this property again.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. ZERO STARS!We could not locate functioning smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors. There was a damaged area of the deck with exposed wiring. One shower had no usable cold water. It was either hot or extremely hot, and someone could easily have been badly burned. The master bedroom bathroom sink leaked underneath the cabinet every time it was used. The actual faucet mixing valve was snapped in two. These are not minor maintenance issues. These are serious safety concerns.The entire master bedroom wing had no working air conditioning. The dishwasher did not work and had dirty dishes sitting inside when we arrived. The dining room light did not work.I honestly do not believe this house was properly cleaned before we arrived. The bottoms of our feet were black from walking on the floors. The carpet was filthy. There were spiders, bugs, and cobwebs throughout the house. The garage was so full of spiders and webs that we could not even park a vehicle in it. Some bedrooms had so many bugs and spiders that we had to move people around and find other places for them to sleep.We repeatedly tried to contact Red Awning (host) during and after our stay. Instead of meaningful help from an actual person, we received responses that appeared to be AI-generated, and nothing was resolved. Our experience with RedAwning left us feeling completely misled and scammed. The experience ruined our vacation.
