Hot Tub | Deck | Firepit | Boat Parking | BBQ

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're so glad to hear you had a relaxing and fun stay and that you loved the hot tub. We sincerely apologize for the pizza that was overlooked in the microwave. That was certainly not the experience we strive to provide. We discussed this with our Hospitality Team, and they take full responsibility for the oversight. They send their sincerest apologies, and we've addressed it internally to help ensure it doesn't happen again. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the mattress comfort. While we understand that mattress preferences vary from person to person, we value your comments and will share them with the homeowner. Thank you again for staying with NW Comfy Cabins. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another relaxing mountain getaway!

We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you found our establishment to be cute and cozy, despite the distance from downtown Leavenworth as we do our best to note in the listing the cabin is 20/25 minutes to the Village. We strive to provide a unique and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and your comments help us to better understand how we can continue to improve. We hope you'll visit us again soon at NW Comfy Cabins.
