見事なロケーション、プライベート通りの端に位置する家。 この宿泊施設には、リトルリバーの入り江の入り口にある深さ216フィートの水深があります。 すべての部屋からの素晴らしい眺め。 深海のドックとフロート。外洋への素早い旅行と、夜のリラクゼーションと社交のためのウォーターズエッジの海水ホットタブスパ。 家には1階にキッチン、1/2バス、ランドリー、書斎、リビングルームがあります。 2階に2つのベッドルームと1つのフルバスがあり、狭いらせん状のスターケースを通してアクセスできます。 2つ目の小さな家があり、すぐ隣に寝室が1つと浴室があります。
本当に素晴らしい場所、水に近い場所ならボートに乗らなければなりません！

Our siblings and spouses had an amazing time!!! The communication, house, location, views, and the area were all awesome. Everything we needed was available to us. Highly recommend this and Boothbay, Maine.

This lovely waterfront home has wonderful views and shows the creativity of its architect. While not large, the house is very well laid out with no wasted space.We have rented many homes over the years and this one was far and away the best equipped and supplied. The separate adjacent cottage was comfortable and also well equipped.The only caveat is that access to the property may be a challenge for people with mobility difficulties. The host was superb and explained all of the features of the house, and there were many.

The property is just as described. It was a great use of space with each bedroom having its own bathroom. And the outdoor space with hot tub, fireplace and covered and uncovered deck overlooking the river is unmatched in the area. The property was modern coastal and well stocked with all you need. The staircase to the 2 bedrooms upstairs is a somewhat narrow spiral staircase so not for the elderly or small children. But was fine for adults. The host was very responsive and greeted us upon arrival to show us the property and all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend this home!

Great views on a beautiful inlet off the Darmiscotta River in East Boothbay, Maine. Attentive landlord who is very nice.

Fantastic views!!

Really enjoyed this property - fabulous water views from every window. Plenty of bedrooms especially when you include the separate cottage connected via outdoor space. The patio was a great spot to enjoy meals and the outdoor fireplace was nice in the evenings. The hot tub was comfortable and super relaxing. We were able to tie up our 20' Bayliner to the dock and the cove was a great spot for kayaking and paddleboarding. Highly recommend this property!

Slice of Heaven

This property is stunning. The interiors are beautiful to say the least, then you look at the views! Postcard perfect! The furnishings are stylish and comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 9 adults in our family indoors and out. Hats off to the owners for the clever use of space and the fine furnishings. We truly had a wonderful time. As stated, this property is on a steep slope and it is not for the very young or an elderly person with mobility issues. Also note, the first floor bath has a deep tub to step into. The area is beautiful and if you like hills, you can easily walk to Ocean Point. Close to restaurants and a short drive to the market and Boothbay Harbor. The dock is a bonus if you have a boat, it’s a lovely boat ride to town. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing home with an unbeatable view!

We were booked here for 4 nights in early June. We were originally 6 adults and 1 dog but ended up being 4 adults and a dog. Either way there was plenty of room! With the separate casita this is a 4 bedroom house and each bedroom has its own private bath! The house is small but very well laid out. Plenty of storage along with cabinets and cabinets full of amenities. We had one day of torrential rain and it didn’t matter. The hosts had board games, puzzles, a fully stocked kitchen, televisions and covered outdoor areas to enjoy regardless of the weather. The views. Really just see for yourself. The outdoor area is plentiful. There’s a dock with 2 kayaks and adult life vests available fur use. A few small private areas with chairs and a table tucked here subs there. The hot tub was clean and fits 4 people. The hosts left some wood to use in the outdoor fire pit. They also have a gas grill. They had fresh flowers planted and fresh mulch strewn about and the house was immaculate and felt comfortable and homey. The host met us at check in, gave us a full tour of the house and the amenities and left us to ourselves the rest of the visit. The checkout list was very minimal, no long list of guest “chores”. You can see the pride in this lovely home and we felt very fortunate that the owners opened up their home for sharing. It really is a gem of a house in a gem of a location. Thank you for sharing with us.

Rustic with great views

This property was a bit more rustic and quirky then expected but for the price a very good value. The views were excellent and the property has plenty of privacy. We had some small problems in the beginning of the week but the owner was very response and helpful getting them solved. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Unser Aufenthalt in Boothbay Juli 2019

Wir haben uns alle sofort in diese Gegend verliebt. Unser Haus liegt wunderbar in der schönen Natur. Unser Haus hätte auf der anderen Seite des Flusses sein sollen, dort hätten wir viel länger die warme Sonne geniessen können. Unsere Familie geniesst es sehr, lange am Abend, mit einem Glas Wein die erlebnisreichen Tage ausklingen zu lassen. Schön wäre ein oder zwei Kanus (dieses Haus hat einen eigenen Flusssteg) zum Benutzen.

VIEW! VIEW! VIEW!

This cabin is remarkable: homey, water location, decor, attention to details and supplies, cleanliness, and comfort. Six of us enjoyed the week we spent watching the lobstermen check their traps, cooking with the equipment provided, and touring the surroundings. The beds were comfortable, good water pressure, nice quality linens, and the many, open windows and fans provided coolness. The chairs on the deck were great for watching the changes on the tidal bay. Of the many places we have stayed, this one had the most supplies for cooking (oil, spices, etc) and paper goods. The owner was helpful and easy to contact both before we arrived and during our stay. One caveat: accessibility using the downhill path and steps to the cabin itself might be a concern for anyone with mobility issues.

Quiet Seaside Retreat

We just completed a nice week at this house. Nice place with some quirks. Floors and outdoor stairs tip every which a way. Inside not the best use of space, but fine for us. Difficult to access upstairs bedrooms (no way to take my suitcase up those stairs). Separate bedroom was great! Location, location, location! Quiet, relaxing. Take a dip in the hot tub!

We had a great stay. Home was clean, had all the amenities and an AMAZING location.

This is a classic Maine camp right on the water. It’s wrap around porch overhangs the water and you can see up and down the entire channel. We had a great stay. The owner met us the day of checkin and was very kind and helpful. It had all the amenities that we needed. We tied up our 20 Grady White to the private dock right out front. It was perfect. The Hot Tub was clean and ready. If you are looking for a cozy spot right on the water, I recommend this property.

Excellent!

The cottage was amazing. The location and view are outstanding!!! The cottage was clean, roomy and comfortable with all of the supplies you could need for your stay. Loved sitting on the deck or having meals at the table next to the water, and having access to the dock was a bonus! There were so many areas to explore with great shopping and restaurants nearby. Overall an amazing place to stay! I would highly recommend and can’t wait to plan another trip!

Maine Beautiful !!!!!!! House Disgusting

When I arrived for my two week rental the inside of the home was filthy.The refrigerator and cabinets were full of food. Several items in the refrigerator were spoiled. Inside the refrigerator was a big pot of black beans that looked like someones leftovers. Black mold and dirt were in the refrigerator and freezer. My sister and I had to spend hours cleaning and sanitizing those areas along with the bathrooms ( there was urine in the toilets), scum in the showers, dirt on the floors, window sills had bugs and sofas had food in the cushions. After cleaning and attending to these issues, we were then faced with someones suitcase, dirty laundry hamper, boots and other personal items left in the closet.This made it difficult for us to unpack for our two week paid vacation. The contract says to contact the owner immediately upon arrival if there is a problems. I did and explained to the owner my concerns. He apologized and said his son was managing the property and would stop over after he got done work that night. His son did call and stop at the home that night. He said he was busy trying to balance his work schedule and his responsibility managing this property. He had to leave for work that morning and did not have enough time to clean or remove his belongings. I had secured this rental property in December with the owner. I think that is enough time to make the house presentable for renters. The son accused my brother-in-law, who was my guest in the home, of using foul language and being mean to him. This is Not a characteristic of my brother-in-law. My daughter and nephew were present and did not witness this behavior. If my brother-in-law seemed upset, it was because of the condition of the home after a 13 hour drive and then we had to take time to clean and sanitize the living space we had rented. He has been a builder for 35 years and also has rental properties. My sister and I have cleaned, managed and repaired our parents rental property at the shore for forty years. Keys to secure the home were given to us four days after we arrived at the home.The son crossed out information on the lease and changed check out time and requested I sign along with ID from my guests or we would be evicted!! Agreements and payments were secure before my arrival. We rented a room the first week at a local hotel. Septic system was unsanitary. The damage deposit is suppose to be returned and we should also get a refund for cleaning this house.

This is a tired worn down property. The building has structural issues to the extent that some of the Windows.would/could not open which made air flow difficult. The screen door is duck taped- We were instructed to park "100 yards" from the cottage by the owner we parked in a small area at the top of the hill - I suspect she may have meant 100 feet. About 30 hours after arriving we went to our vehicle only to have 3 threatening notes placed on our vehicle by the neighbors. Once we were aware we of course immediately moved our 2nd vehicle off the property altogether. Though Not before having the neighbors yelling at us to move???. Still not sure why they didn't knock on the door? That was very unpleasant also the septic system gave off a foul order even after having been pumped during our vacation week. The cleaner and property manager were both pleasant...the neighbors? Not so much in fact they were a little scary. The cleaner noticed rotting wood on the dock and the septic odor - to her and the property managers credit they had pumped the tank by Monday and replaced the rotted wood soon after. Still though the inability to open the Windows , the neighbors and the stench from the septic...we cannot recommend and have begun looking for other accommodations for next year. We will not stay here again and are very disappointed.

Exactly as advertised. Wonderful quiet location!

In a really good location. Clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. Quiet and peaceful except the occasional turkey. Almost every morning you can sit out on the deck and watch the fisherman haul in lobster traps and in the evening the turkeys come flying back. You can have a kayak delivered to your dock. Overall a wonderful vacation that we hope to repeat sometime. My only suggestion would be a small book containing information. Things like linen expectations, handle between wall and washing machine needs to be in down position for water, etc. Most these things you easily figure out as you go but would save a little time.
