Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Couldn’t fault this accommodation. Beautiful, well appointed apartment. Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of seating for all the guests. Loved the little treats left by the host and the personal card welcoming us - a nice touch. The views from the balcony out to sea were amazing, especially at sunrise. It is a very short walk to the seafront with easy access onto trail walks, and close to a couple of local restaurants (and a short drive into Victor Harbour for more choice). Really loved staying here and would definitely recommend!

My mum, sister and I were looking for a weekend away after a difficult week and this was perfect. The coastal views from this apartment are even more spectacular than the photos. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty to do in Encounter Bay and surrounds. It was very quiet and peaceful, which enabled us to relax and rest well. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing weekend away.
