Penthouse keys, rooftop breeze — I call that checking in with style.

This two-level condo is mere steps from Rogers Arena and Stadium Skytrain Station. In addition to two full bedrooms and a separate sleeping area upstairs, this stylish getaway includes a rooftop patio to take in the views.

Please note the hot tub on rooftop patio is only available for an additional cost. There is a hot tub in the building amenities that you can use during open hours.

Host was fast responding to all our questions and friendly. The condo was nice & clean, but the deck was not accessible for someone needing hand rails. Would stay here again

Hi there. Thank you for the review. I'm not sure what you're referring to the hand rails. The photos and floorplan illustrate exactly what the stair situation is. I feel it's a bit unfair to dock a rating point due to what was shown in the listing and photos.

A beautiful property and one of the best equipped rentals I’ve stayed at. Donovan was wonderful to deal with and so quick to respond to any questions I had. We were 3 girlfriends meeting up from all over the province to attend a few concerts. Donovan even suggested we could check in early because flights were all arriving at staggered times and he thought it would be a way we could catch up and relax before heading to our first concert.The location is just minutes away from Roger’s Arena, several sky train stations, restaurants, bars and even a Costco. We are planning already to meet at Donovan’s condo the next time we visit Vancouver!Great living room and top deck area to relax with friends or family for a visit!

We found this condo to be a perfect accomodation for two couples staying in Vancouver for three days prior to our cruise. Each couple had their own bathroom. The first bedroom upon entry had an en-suite bathroom that had one of the most amazing showers I’ve had the pleasure to use. The other bathroom had a bathtub. There was an additional room upstairs with a fold out couch that would have accommodated another couple. We enjoyed sitting on the upper deck in the evening after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Choosing this condo over a hotel for two couples made perfect sense. Staying at a good hotel, two rooms would have cost much more and wouldn’t come close to the level of comfort offered by this property. Donovan is a wonderful host. His communication was excellent. As we were arriving early he recommended an excellent place to store our luggage that was two doors from the condo building entrance. The gentleman there too was very friendly and helpful. He recommended an amazing place for us to get breakfast, the Jam Cafe. There is usually a line there but the wait is well worth it. I highly recommend staying here, especially if looking for a place to stay before a cruise. We were a very short Uber ride to the port.

The property was everything I had hoped it would be. Clean, comfy beds, and nicely laid out. All amenities very good. A very secure building.Our host was quick to respond to any inquiry. We would recommend it and hope to stay there again.
