This Lovely apartment is just a few steps from the Bridge of Bir Hakeim and Champs de Mars where you can have a lovely walk and take a tons of souvenir of the famous Eiffel tower.

- 1 Separate WC

The apartment is ideal for 4 people but can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, note that all bed and bath linen are provided:
Bedroom 1 : one double bed with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattress
Bedroom 2 : one double bed with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattress
Living-room : two people sofa bed with a comfortable mattress

The apartment is equipped with:
TV, high speed Wifi
a washing and dryer machine,
a hair dryer, a drying rack, an iron and ironing board
a Nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, an induction hotplate, an multifunction microwave, all the necessary cooking equipment
a baby’s crib (on request)

For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Guest Access:
EASY ACCESS : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor.
NB : No elevator in the building

Getting Around:
4 minutes : Metro Station Dupleix, Line 6

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

No breakfast on site
Cleaning at before checkin and after checkout only

Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.
- If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.

- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.
