Indoors: Villa Mediterranea is spread over three floors, connected by a staircase. On the ground floor, you'll find an independent entrance leading to a spacious living area featuring a comfortable double sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The double bedroom, designed in a contemporary style, provides all the comforts you desire. As you ascend the external staircase to the first floor, you will reach the villa's main entrance.
Stepping inside, there is a dedicated laundry area, a classy dining table with chairs and a fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden and the pool. The first floor boasts two comfortable and spacious double bedrooms, offering splendid panoramic views, two charming and essential French bedded rooms, as well as two custom-made ceramic-tiled bathrooms with showers that accentuate the villa’s distinctive style.
Through the internal staircase to the second floor, you'll discover a magnificent suite featuring a luxurious double bed with private access to a terrace furnished with sophisticated lounging furniture, a perfect spot to unwind and marvel at the stunning sunsets. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Villa Mediterranea evokes a sense of wonder and serenity, making it an exceptional retreat for those seeking tranquility and enchantment amidst breathtaking natural beauty.

Outdoors: Villa Mediterranea boasts a main gate entrance leading to outdoor areas and a smaller gate to the property entrance. The patio on the ground floor leads to the al fresco area equipped with an outdoor kitchen, all set against the backdrop of olive groves and offering unforgettable views of the pool and the Mediterranean Sea. Extending from the patio is the infinity pool area, complete with sun loungers providing guests with ample space to relax while enjoying the stunning views of the turquoise Mediterranean Sea. The second floor features a spacious terrace with designer lounging furniture and turquoise sea views. Additionally, the property provides available parking facilities. A small-to-medium-sized car is recommended due to the narrow road leading to the property.

POOL HEATING
Guests can request pool heating from April 1st - June 15th and September 15th – October 30th, with the temperature set at around 27°C. Please inform staff if you desire a heated pool during your stay.

Situated in Massa Lubrense, Villa Mediterranea offers a charming retreat amidst the captivating landscapes of the Sorrentine Peninsula. Guests can explore the nearby town of Massa Lubrense with its local shops, savor culinary delights at charming restaurants and trattorie, and unwind at bars that offer a taste of the area's lively atmosphere. The fishermen's village and harbor are located just 3 kilometers away, while the enchanting Puolo Bay is also within a 4 kilometer distance. Nerano Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastline, is located 9 kilometers away, providing opportunities for swimming and seaside relaxation. The historic town of Sorrento is conveniently situated approximately 7 kilometers away. Additionally, the distance to the picturesque town of Positano is 21 kilometers.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
