This property was great for our family and our two dogs. We enjoyed our stay at Sandestin, and the property managers were great to work with. The location was very helpful, very close to the beach access, swimming pool just across the roadway from the unit. The unit was excellent for having pets and it was very spacious. The only issue we had was the washing machine, an issue with the detergent dispenser, but the property managers were made aware of the issue and made arrangements to address the issue. Overall, it was a great place to stay, highly recommended, but I will add that the availability of a golf cart would be beneficial.

Tipperi, thank you for sharing your experience and for your understanding. We're so glad that you enjoyed the golf cart; we are so sorry that it broke during your visit. We're glad you enjoyed Baytowne Wharf and the beach and the beach supplies! We're glad that you enjoyed the unit and that you'd recommend it. You come back to see us again, too!

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re glad you found the condo spacious. We also appreciate your notes about the appliances and community pool, as well as your positive comments on communication and the beach closet. Your insights help us continue to improve the guest experience. We hope to welcome you back for a future stay!

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the parking situation and the noise from the unit above. We are addressing these issues to improve the experience for all our guests. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated, and we are glad you were able to enjoy your stay despite these challenges.

We apologize for the problems that occurred during your stay with us, Tara. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was something unexpected and we did move you right away because of this. The washer needed a part for repair and we apologize that it was not quickly fixed while you were with us. As for the golf cart, they do break down from time to time and we sincerely apologize if this caused you an inconvenience. We do thank you for choosing to stay with us and hope that, despite these issues, you enjoyed your time on the beach.
