Kom genieten van de heldere lucht, frisse lucht en uitzicht op de zonsondergang onder de waterval! De woning heeft veel ruimte om te ontspannen in een rustige omgeving met een ongelooflijke spa. Er is voldoende ruimte om te parkeren in dit omheinde huis. Geniet van het platteland, op slechts enkele minuten van wijnproeven, olijfolie proeven en heerlijke restaurants.
Het huis heeft een open plattegrond. De ontbijtbar is 's ochtends een perfecte plek om koffie te drinken en de dag te plannen. Een mooie 15 minuten rijden naar Templeton en u kunt een heerlijk ontbijt in Joe's of de kitchenette. Na een geweldige maaltijd bent u klaar om de wijnhuizen te raken! Zoveel om uit te kiezen! Een van onze favorieten is Pomar Junction. Ze hebben een geweldige historische caboose en veel leuke evenementen gaande. De wijnmakerijen zijn eindeloos in het El Pomar-gebied. Op weg naar huis, zorg ervoor dat je The Groves op 41 bezoekt (aan de overkant van de snelweg vanaf Summer Place) voor een geweldige olijfolieproeverij. Neem een fles van hun bekroonde olijfolie mee naar huis om een fantastische maaltijd te creëren in Summer Place. Summer Place is centraal gelegen. Slechts 25 minuten naar het Mid-State Fairgrounds, Paso Robles, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle of San Luis Obispo.
Als je klaar bent om van het huis te genieten, zul je het open en uitnodigend vinden. De keuken grenst aan de eetkamer en de woonkamer. Er is een tv-kamer (met een uitklapbaar queensize bed) om weg te sluipen en wat sport of een film te kijken. In de hal vindt u twee slaapkamers met queensize bedden die de badkamer in de hal delen. De grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed heeft een eigen badkamer.
Als de avond aanbreekt, kunt u achterover leunen ontspannen, ontkurken en loskoppelen rond de BBQ. Maaltijden kunnen buiten worden genoten op de grote tafel van het gezin. Er is genoeg zitplaatsen voor iedereen. De ongelooflijke spa met waterval is de perfecte manier om van de nachtelijke hemel en de buitenlucht te genieten. Je zult ongelofelijke zonsondergangen en sterren ervaren. Het hele jaar door zijn er op Summer Place veel wensen over vallende sterren uitgekomen!

Pictures don’t do this property justice!

The house was much larger than the pictures show and the whole outside area was absolutely the highlight for us and our two senior dogs. They loved sunbathing in the beautiful backyard. I saw some reviews that mentioned that they had initial issues with the spa, but I found it very simple to turn on/off. It has a timer as well which ensures that it doesn’t overheat you. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hosts were great communicators. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful sanctuary in the heart of wine country.

This property was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Both indoor and outdoor space were well appointed. Beds and furniture were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Several very nice touches throughout the house. The location is fantastic! A very short drive to multiple wineries, also a short drive to an amazing section of the California coast - several quaint towns with excellent food and shopping.

We enjoyed being in the Atascadero area vs. Paso where we usually stay. One caution: if you want to have wine with dinner at a Paso restaurant, have a designated driver as the road is windy in one spot and the driveway a bit hard to find in the dark (a flag on the mailbox would help!). The backyard is a great place to unwind after a day of tasting or adventure.

The layout of the house and surrounding land was so peaceful and relaxing, especially for the little ones who had plenty of room to play inside and out! Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. Lots of outdoor accommodations and strong quiet air conditioning should the temps rise. A little far from SLO, but plenty going on in Templeton and Atascadero - and close to Paso wining and dining. BONUS: Tons of cute bunnies in the backyard!

Great place, few hiccups

The place itself is amazing - the waterfall spa is so fun, the house is spacious and clean, check in was easy and painless. However we ran into a few issues during our stay - the wall the refrigerator was plugged into apparently lost power, so the food we had in the fridge spoiled. We also experienced a loss of water pressure on our last night, so no water was coming through the sinks/showers/toilets. The property manager was communicative and the issues didn’t ruin our stay, but they were fairly inconvenient. Without those hiccups, this would definitely be a 5 star place!!
