Amazing property

Amazing Place with Amazing Amenities and Views

The place is amazing with all the needed amenities. The pool staff is attentive and the food here is amazing as well. Last but certainly not least the view from the rooftop pool is breathtaking!

Amazing stay in our favorite city

Perfect spot to live in the heart of PV. The building has everything you could imagine and the condo is perfect. An easy walk into town (uphill on the way back). Perfect for kids with multiple pools and great food. Never crowded and we will be back!

Beautiful property

Our family had a wonderful time at the Sayan Beach. The property was beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, and the roof top pool incredible. Since two of us were working while there, it was very important that the internet (wifi and cellular data) were strong and reliable. We were grateful that this was the case. We loved the place and are looking forward to returning next year.

Fabulous!

We shared a wonderful family reunion in PV. The condo is spectacular!!! It is close to downtown and a short uber or taxi ride to other locations. The property manager was great. The pool, bar, and gym were perfection. Can't wait to visit again.

We had an amazing time here. The view is unbeatable and the place was perfect. Christian was so accommodating when we had there was an issue with an appliance, and it was handled so quickly and kindly. We will absolutely be back

It’s a beautiful condo on the fourth floor so very close to hear the ocean’s crashing waves. The kitchen had everything you need and what a pleasure to cook with gas.Each bedroom has an en-suite so privacy for everyone. The balcony is quite large and we spent a lot of time there when we weren’t at the rooftop pool. The food at the restaurant or room service was good. Poolside cocktails were appreciated. The Main Street in front of the condo is closed but you can get to town via the beach path. We used a grocery delivery service to stock up for our stay. All the employees are super friendly, be sure and tip generously . Our only complaint would be the mattresses need replacing, otherwise 5 stars.

Amazing getaway

We were a group of 6, 3 couples, and we found this condo to suit our needs perfectly. The location really can't be beat if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of PV but close enough to walk quickly to all amenities. The views were amazing and Christian was so attentive. We will not stay anywhere else in PV. This will be our go to for years to come with any luck.

Views for Days

I recently stayed here for Pride and had a great experience! The highlight was definitely the amazing pool, which was perfect for relaxing and cooling off on hot days. The balcony provided breathtaking sunset views that left us in awe every evening. Moreover, the rental had fantastic amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. Its close proximity to both the beach and downtown area made exploring a breeze. I highly recommend this vacation rental for an unforgettable getaway!

Beautiful condo and wonderful complex

It is a beautiful property with fabulous views. Great kitchen and a grill. Large bedrooms. Great washer/dryer. You can walk to the beach and into town, although best to bring walking shoes to go into town (cobblestone street, down and uphill). The condo complex is lovely with pools, hot tubs, restaurant, workout room and massage
